Service Description

This session of Group Coaching begins Tuesday , September , from 6:00-7:30 EST/EDT, runs for 4 weeks And is limited to 20 people. Total cost is $300. Group Coaching is open to ALL PEOPLE and will be holding the space around these talks as safe and respectful space. Guidelines will be provided to all participants prior to our first meeting and will be discussed during our first meeting to clarify intention and set expectations. Agenda's with Suggested Reading, information and/or videos will be sent out the last week of June to prepare for the month of coaching as well as sent out each week the Monday or Tuesday before we meet to set the intention for the discussion. **Books that are recommended (but not required) reading to prepare are How We Show Up by Mia Birdsong, Daring Greatly by Brene Brown and The Will To Change by Bell Hooks, Creativity Inc. by Ed Catmull, Rebel Talent by Francesca Gino, Range by David Epstein Topics we will be tackling and discussing: What is Community Building & Leading Supportive Community Intention Alignment Imperfect Action Purpose Setting the Stage-Creating Supportive Environments & Cultures
