Group Coaching-Intentional Leadership

Service Description

Group Coaching runs for 4 weeks And is limited to 16 people. Guidelines are provided prior to our first meeting to clarify intentions and set expectations and discussed during first meeting. Agenda's with Suggested Reading, information and/or videos will be sent out the last week of June to prepare for the month of coaching as well as sent out each week the Monday or Tuesday before we meet to set the intention for the discussion. A recommended reading list is also provided as part of group coaching for participants to continue the work on their own. Topics we will be tackling and discussing: What is Community Building & Leading Supportive Community Intention Alignment Imperfect Action Purpose Setting the Stage-Creating Supportive Environments & Cultures
